Biography:
Hello Fellow Phi Theta Kappans! My name is Ericka Eaton and I am the Illinois Southern Vice President. My favorite color is lime-green and I have deathly fear of spiders (please no practical jokes). My career goal is to get a Masters in Nutrition and Psychiatric Nursing Care. However I am currently working on my Associates of Nursing at Kaskaskia College. I will then transfer into a Bachelor Completion Program and eventually into a Masters Program. I plan to raise enough money in my future career to start a scholarship fund to help local students pursue an education just as I am being assisted now. My goals in becoming Southern Illinois Regional Vice President are to: (1) Help strengthen the Southern District Chapters to improve their participation and success. (2) Make it to at least one event of every chapter in my Region. (3) Help get every chapter enrolled in the Five Star Chapter Development Program and/or increase their current star level. (4) Contact every chapter advisor and president via email, phone, or web chat about every 2 weeks to see if they need anything and keep them updated on the Illinois Regional Officer Team.
My number one priority is to help fellow Phi Theta Kappans gain stronger scholarship, leadership, service, and fellowship skills.
