The purpose of the Illinois region shall be to provide a means through which its chapters may achieve the goals and purposes of the International Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Illinois chapters shall promote participation in international and regional activities, enhance development in the four hallmarks, promote teamwork, and foster understanding among all chapters and members within the region.
